As a kid i enjoyed watching...Naseeb and recently i watched it again ......and i realized bollywood made such load of crap....during those days and is still mastering that art.
First and foremost, you being an yesteryear superstar making it a point to hype yourself beyond limits before every other half decent work you attempt but normally it backfires, and you receive the stick from common people as sell by date, spent force etc....It apparent teens these days lack respect and some go overboard.
Secondly a seasoned professional like you should bother only about your work, should not involve in blogging and other cheap stakes..You can have a look at Kamal and Rajni, the former being great in literature wouldnt bother to preach anything outside the films especially the internet, like you lot bollywood do. These things can make you an easily public target for stoning. I would honestly suggest many of you lot to stop fiddling around the internet and the media like politicians and focus on your profession alone. If you are busy involved in your work you wont find time to bother about these little rascals...
Third point, celebrity abused in internet is common to all western music, sports and movie stars but they dont give a damn to their detractors..Just take a cue from them.
Finally kids these days lack respect. Many on here think they are geniuses once they have some basic literacy level and a dial up connection, they are qualified to foul mouth all celebs and politicians..

Amitabh is a sell by date actor..There is no need for Rajni to take cue from him never mind kamal whose quality of films and international market are at a different level that Amitabh can ever imagine.. These days Amitabh merely clutches the straws to identify himself in the film market

ha ha.. Whats Bachan's status?? Can he ever dream of a producer believing him for a budget of over 100 crores?? Leave the fact that whether the movie will be a hit or not.. But still, Rajini and Kamal are very much sellable actors while AB simply is not..
If not for KBC, he would have been in some streets and be a mentally retarded fellow..

I think if suresh raina has some talent which sachin feel not possessing, definitely sachin will take the cue from him. It is not who is taking from who, it what he is taking from whom. You people are just recokning what he has done the film industry. Actually, what he has done to the film industry. Can you just list out. I do respect Mr Bachhanji since he is an artist and given many super duper hits. But, not like Rajini & Kamal. He too has some worst personal back to his name in the film industry. Just dont forget that.

Amithab Bachan has every right to blog or twitter. In fact I would like to see our politicians also become more friendly and interactive with common man. Through blog anyone can get in touch with Amitabh. As for Rajni and Kamal, Kamal is a massive flop. Everything he does is a disaster. The film Dashavatar gave some relief but his next film again bombed. Rajni has no media appeal. So he cannot do media work. It is Rajni who is doing rubbish. Look at the film Shivaji. He was eve-teasing a girl who was as old as his grand daughter. Why can't Rajni act with older heroines? He is a sexist.It is Rajni who should learn from Amitabh.

PS: this yesteryear superstar has won 1 matinal award a coupe of yeras back and is well in contention to win one this year, along with many best actor awards in popular award ceremonies....

Comparing Amitabh with Kamal is like Comparing Aravidna De Silva with Sachin...Amitabh is to the level of Di Silva...
Rajni is the second highest paid star in Asia behind Jackie Chan..Kamal popularity and awards in international and national film festivals is matched by none...
Its Bollywood stars who normally advertises for hair oil, watches, lungis etc..it shouldnt mean anything..the stupid encouragement from Bollywood fans forces them to think they are geniuses making them to write shite in the name of blogs...
Bollywood industry as a whole is a laughing stock..bollywood fans should come out of their little cuckoo land and look at Indian panorama

As for Amitabh National awards if not for his political cliques in National film commitee he wouldn't have been in reckoning for award. Any one would laugh at the film "BLACK" being shortlisted for the award.
Also once the quote system came in film selection in last 11-12 years the quality of films and actors selected for these awards have become laughable...If the likes of Ajay Devgan and Saif Ali Khan can win them thanks to his mum, I dont see any reason why some one like Amitabh cannot win..But that lotus award has lost its credibility long back when people with knowledge about film making were giving the reco..
As for Amitabhs financial success in the last 18 years the ONLY block buster he has given is HUM.. His remaining films are utter disasters to half decent...with with Paa and Cheeni Kum doing a decent run thanks to Ilayaraja's back ground scores..
Overall his flop ratio in the last 18 years is more than 95%..yet he somehow manages to grasp the limelight through his blogs and adverts and TV shows - a glorified Mithun Chakraborthy..Dont see how he can be compared with Rajni and kamal..
I dont have any beef against him, he was a teriffic masala entertainer during the 80's but some utter dumb statements from his narrow minded fans has forced me to do this.

I am also shocked, my first topic was related to this topic...But to my horror Opinionated men and Anglo Indians and Ashish from the village called Mumbai...bred with watching testosterone packed Bollywood movies thinks they are more than qualified to talk about things and people outside their little village.
Just gave an insight to the illusion of the so called phenomenal success of AB in the past 18 years...In Bollywood mediocrity is the standard...Any thing slightly above that level is considered as exceptional ..AB falls in that category...
I cannot figure out when did you lot found out ways to identify the really exceptional stuff which are actually beyond the grasp.

Man I'm surprised how Amitabh Bacchhan has brought out the staunch south indian in you. Everything good happening in this world is due to the south. Paa & Cheeni Kum did great at the box office because of Illayaraja!!
Great to see you bake your cake, eat it and shite it out without any qualms or regrets. At least speak about something related to the actual article instead of telling us nonsense about Rajni, Kamal etc.

Mithun Chakraborthy is a great actor...
The gem of the post was Tendulkar and Raina comparison...just sums up the utter cluelessness of fans from the village of Mumbai ...one of the foremost reason actors have taken things for granted and have started blogging.
Just develop some innate capacities of, especially by schooling - preferably from google... ignorance in this era is a crime..
