ITs not easy to convey an oft seen story with an interesting screenplay. & only a director of sussendran's calibre can do that..... I was slightly disappointed with the 2nd half as it ended quickly..... After jayaprakash's death I expected a racy cat and mouse game..... But karthi immediately finds the culprits and kills them in a matter of 15 minutes.... Thats the only irking factor for otherwise a well made movie with a rip roaring 1st half..... Music, camerawork, acting everything is superb........
5 Star for Suseendran.. The perfect direction and screen play. Neat characterization and ex-ordinary flow in the movie. 4 Star for Karthi - Once again he proved after Paruthiveeran. One more mile stone. 3 Star for all the co-actors and the heroine. 2 Star for the music part and the cinematography. Single and Super star for the entire team and the worthfull movie..

Everything in Bollywood is hyped! I see very few films worthy! Comedy films are better than Mass heroes making comedy. I like Akky in an emotional role than Comedian Hero!
In a bollywood movie, even a Mumbai beggar will wear New stylish clothes designed by an International Style designer. To show he is a beggar, they would tear it or make holes in it.
BTW, I dont see any movies made on Middle class or poor people in Bollywood. Because according to them there are only Upper middle class and Rich people who base their stories in any foreign location!

it shows 2 types of youth , the ones who struggle to make a life of their own ....the ones who don't care n enjoy their life putting other's ppl's lives at risk ... Nice movie...good action ... m not against bollywood or something ... bt Cmon ... rarely thr r good movies to be seen ...if u dnt wnna watch a tamil movie dnt watch y watch den criticise....
Majority of the south Indian movies sakks.It's really wonder that a cute looking heroine do fall in love with a begger and that would be so pleasing for these ppl and will be a hit too.

North movies are good...I agree.. but dont dare to speak about south movies..Many of the movies are far better... ( Falling in lover like begger happens in every movie.. :)

Agree, north movies are classy with Govinda and his multi colored jacket and red pants dancing with white rimmed plastic glasses.
You guys are really great. Talking of beggars, whole of north india is a slum only known for honor killing, paan spitting on roads, riots, bride burining, cheating, corruption...the list goes on.
