This is the question I found myself asking my friends throughout the movie. Is it the action? the love story?... oh, wait... is it like Black? Or Maybe the reality show is what the movie's all about, like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi or chance pe dance! And there was also that thing about the cop chasing Neil Nitin...
It dwells upon so many topics, so fleetingly, that the entire mishmash of a plot looks incredibly shallow.
The movie's greatest achievement is how they managed to set the entire movie in Mumbai and not have a single character act or sound as if they belong from there. Have not seen that happen before.
Deepika is just about ok... the only scene in which she looks to be portraying a genuine emotion is the scene in the movie theatre. Neil Nitin has got an extremely uneven character to play, so he can't be blamed for looking and speaking the way he did. Especially unforgivable is the last scene in the movie, where his character tamely bows out of the movie. There are no sequences depicting the anguish of guilt for him or of loss for Deepika. The CGI work for the final skating sequence is just atrocious.
Uninspiring, uninteresting, amateurish fare. No good music to write home about either. Avoid.
She looks like an ordinary street girl, acts like a robot with no expressions and tries to lattoo her co-stars like a born flirt. She should be debarred from Bollywood in general.

Also include kartina kaif to ur introspection. The exact same comments apply to her also.
