you are right. I didn't see any difference in Sreeram's voice with Shankar Mahadevan, when they were singing together. Sreeram will be a great singer in bollywood for sure...

indian idol and american idol both suck.american idol was bad after the first 3 seasons.but yes american serials are great especially LOST
Richly deserved and well earned. Indian Music Industry has found a good voice. I feel Sreeram is the best Voice that Indian Idol has found. Hope you will keep on entertaining us Sreeram. Congratulations and God Bless.
Hey, this indian idol-5 is a big cheat as sreeram as indian idol-5 was a professional singer in telgu films therefore, he shudn't have participated in this contest. Indian idol boasts of giving platform to new/fresh singers but sreeram already had a platform.....he was a professional...he was known face in telgu cinema...how can he be the right candidate for this .This is equivalent to bring sonu nigam/shaan to the show and making them win. This was truly unfair. He didn't deserve to be II-5..Guys raise your voice in support.

Get the facts correctly before writing some crap..
Sreeram is not a known or a established singer in Telugu, he is a struggling singer and was desperately chasing his dream to get a foot hold in the industry and he made it come true via Indian Idol.
Sreeram, an engineering graduate, as a struggling singer back in Hyderabad, he used to audition for regional reality shows, sing for small budget films and lend his voice for chorus, jingles and radio advertisements.
Also he is professionally trained since his First year of Engineering. Appreciate his dedication and take some inspiration from this guy, he fulfilled his parents wish of earning a Engg degree and also at the same time he parellely pursued a 5 year diploma in classical music to fulfill his dream of seeing himself as a complete singer. In today's world how many people do you find like Sreeram?

You are 100% true. The day I heard about this I also thought so.
Young talent like Swaroop Khan truely deserve this. He was too young of 19 yrs old with a very matured voice. With a folk background his change is hell to heaven. I believe people shoud have voted for Swaroop Khan without biased mind.
Because Sreeram is a very very good singer, but already established one!!!
