An actor dosn't become the best by being in discussions 24/7 ..... he does it by his work. Anyway, most of us know who the best is by their sheer quality of work, cough**Aamir Khan**cough.
So far, there has been no geniune bad review for the film here in this board. Only 1-2 msgs say that its like watching a documentary (well I guess these guys might not have even watched the film and are commenting just from the promos/trailers, to bring down the film and Aamir's image). Most of the discussion here is about how Aamir is not the savior that everyone is talking about. Did Aamir call himself a savior and all that? He might be earning from this film but he is also bringing the issue out in the limelight and making people think about it. he needs to be applauded for it. And he makes films that are entertaining, make you think and remain with you after you leave the cinema hall. He is a king!

Yes 100 marks for aamir for this Honest effort , it is Good movie but not excellent.

those criticisng amir shd knw atlest hs not producing masala stupid movies..makn aware to ppl abt farmer's plight in india n role of media is t reality..whts wrng if tht is t movie..ths is a very sensitive issue reachn lakhs of ppl so wht rong..n hes t producer so has to market so wht if hes marketing...who wd hv gne to c t film jst on anusha's name..hes truly an allrounder
film is hammering on indian system that the person who is feeding to all now starivng n making suicide, our govt.is keep mum, how disgusting,politicians should make suicide,especially mr. manmohan singh, chidambram, pranav mukherjee n all who enjoy Rs. 2 crore every year waste our reserve money by siiting in upper n lower house n make nonsense talk.
as per rediff, if this movie is sooooo good, im going to watch this movie in theatres but only in the 5th week of its release. if this movie is really a good one, it will survivie till then

it is good but not so good , somehow director looses focus in 2nd half and cliamx was let down but honest effort from Anuasha , Aamir and UTV

No Peepli live is not best movie of the year but it is a good movie
