at times trimmed beard looks better than moustache. but dont like the goatee beard. person looks younger when clean-shaven. If you have good features, you can have a beard and looks fine.all these stars look good with beard
Interesting responses. Well, it sure is an interesting topic to debate about but I never thought it would be so provacative for a few. Nevertheless, the beard donned by many generations before the advent of Gillette in 1914, were not fools. It was normal and shaving was deemed abnormal and effeminate. A case in point, the christian priests who took a vow of celibacy, they used to shave off their beards as an indication of their commitment to God to serve Him and remain unmarried for the rest of their lives. The others who shaved were hermophrodites or homosexuals. Real men, remained real men. Now, the answer about the testesterone, read what I wrote carefully. I said increases potency, and that scientists even say if you are in the company of women, the hair growth of your beard increases just as when you have desires when you are in their presence. This is research, believing it should be your own prerogative. Quran is the only book which LIMITS a man to have 4 wives, at the same time also commands him to have just 1 if he is unable to be just. No other religious text in the world talks about one wife, be it the old testament, the new testament, vedas, bhagwad gita or any other book for that matter. So Muslims are actually at a loss. Circumcision is proven to be a deterrent for many diseases. A woman in burqa commands respect automatically. She is not looked down as a mere play thing, instead she gets her respect as she is. Is modesty a bad thing?

With such kind of nonsensical posts, is it any wonder that the whole world is denouncing the muslim community as a community of hard core nut cases living perpetually in the 7th century A.D.
We should also impose the shariah punishment such as flogging and amputation and beheading for muslims, even if they are living in progressive countries.
A uniform civil code for non-muslims and shariah stuff for muslims. Howzzat!!!!

You don't grow the beard, God does. You cut and drain down God's beautiful gift of manhood and virility. So, man up boys and show what you really are!

The particular community does not cut that piece coz the science tells it is beneficial and prevents from STDs like AIDS, Chlamydia, genital herpes...But because God himself ordered to cut that piece to maintain cleanliness.

Well.. if ur point is valid then GOD could have made all human beings alike.. there wud have been no crime.. But no.. GOD gave us free will... Gaining knowledge is an obligation upon us.. instead of getting into meaningless arguments one needs to seek the truth.. One should not be blinded with the culture and traditions.. You have a serious misconception dude and it seems more to me like you're talking only because your religion demands a beard (Nothing against anyone's faith though). If you prefer keeping a beard, you can say that. One, there's no way of linking facial hair to testosterone. It's genetic. I don't know what 'scientists' you're talking about. How much testosterone a guy's balls produce is something that's decided by his genes, not his beard! Two, it amazes me how you can believe that 3 generations of shaving will make a guy in the 4th generation beardless...lol...Ranbir Kapoor is not 4th generation but he's 3rd. For all you know, Prithviraj Kapoor's dad may not have maintained a beard. And in any case, how much of a man a man really is, becomes clear when things get tough, situations go out of hand and adversity stares you in the face. How you handle it shows whether or not you've got those 'balls of steel'. Just my two cents...think about it!
