i think, finally someone has decided to do what every kannadiga dreams about...to stop seeing kannada from waning away.being a kannadiga myself,i feel sad when i see many of our own kannada people feeling shy to tell that they are kannadigas.we should be proud of our mothertongue and culture no matter which stste we come from.only then, can we nourish our identity and support other languages.

Your name does not sound like a foreigner hence I conclude that you are a primary school drop-out
It is a good that persons of eminence & influence, such as Mrs. Sudha Murthy are getting into films and literature domain. Their contribution would probably spur the development of native Kannada language and instill a sense of pride in people towards their land & culture :) Good luck with the new venture!!
The plot of this movie sounds really relevant to the existing western culture aping community. I feel this movie need not to be restricted to a kannada culture and the movie makers should give a little broader appeal. Having said that we should not start hating other culture, we can always extract the good qualities of other culture and should try to gel with our own.
