This is another flop from the senior citizen brigade. Looks like Suresh Gopi is joining the M's in reliving the age of Nazir (today Mamooty), Madhu (Today's Lal) and Vincent (Sg) who continued playing wigged and dyed heroes till their sixties in empty cinema halls. btw in Ekm it was hilarious to watch viewers coming out of Janakan and Kadaksham having booing competetions!!!
Poor Mallu Scripters always have to write a story about middle aged people!!!...They are in a pathetic state...Because the age of mallu heroes starts from 50 to 60 range!!!!..

pls see some of the malayalam movies and then comment.

Mind you, they are ever green, and that's their quality. How come youngsters in other languages are unable to come up to the middle-aged heroes of Malayalam? Even, the Bollywood superstars such as Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, etc, are old! So, don't be biased, learn to appreciate real qualities...

Above all, they play the role suiting their age. Not like SRK or Amir Khan playing still college going kid!

100% correct. Lal as College Kumaran, Angel John, OMR (Red Chillies or Chellies as it is spelled) Mamooty as Karnakata Buffallo trader(Rajamanikyam), eligible bachelor (Thuruppu Ghulan), Karnataka goonda (Chattambinadu), Tamil Nadu goonda (upcoming Pokkiri Raja). Well suited to their age and acting calibre

Dear Anto,
Kerala's worst films written off by the critics are much superior in form and content than the films in any language. The type of talents they have in every department has no parallel. They make the best of films in India today

Don't read any stupid reviews or some foolish comments by - this movie is simply superb. Hatz off to the new director.
yet again PCP is back with a fair review of the much awaited Mohanlal / S Gopi thriller. Its good to see Mohanlal control a script yet again. His screen presence and brilliance says it all...A balanced review is the least i can say abt this guy, PCP. U rock PCP, well reviewed... Thanks mate

Mohanlal control the script? Screen presence and brilliance? In that role that should have been done by some character artiste?
Either you are joking, or you are "PCP" himself!
Nobody has given this crap movie a thumbs up except Rediff. Really pathetic.
