yes i agree, bollywood movies are for gays and women. and hence they make it a point to cast only them.
once in a while u get to see some masculine movies like ghajini and wanted and they happen to be remakes from south.
as a actor surya is great...you can compare him with aamir khan...he has brought huge change in tamil movies which was spoiled by people like rajnikant
among the current crop of actors Surya tops the list easily. watch his outstanding performance in movies like nanda pithamagan kakha kakha ghajini aayudha ezhuthu vaaranam aayiram ayan

MY COMPARISON COMPARE Kamal,Rajini,Ajith,Vijay,Simbu,Dhanush Together because their ranges are same compare SURIYA,VIKRAM,AMITABH BACHAN,AAMIRKHAN together as their ranges are supernatural and they come in same category.

please.. have u seen all kamal films.. he has done different genres dont compare him to vijay simbu dhanush.. i don think u have watched all films of kamal. have u watched sadma(moonram pirai) saagara sangamam naayagan 16 vayadhiniley maro charithra swathi muthyam punnagai mannan apoorva sahodharargal pushpak guna i am finding it diff to list

Rediff , kinldy DO NOT give Ms.Shoba Warrier any such comparitive interviews. She does not know whom to compare with which star, which genre..she just types in some rubbish, nobody reads it and rediff publishes it.Here she comes again comparing Surya with Ajith.No way can he be compared to Ajith in the courage department and experimentation side of it atleast as on date. Surya as luck would have it is currently the blue-eyed boy in many directors list due to his purely filmy background. Get your anlaysis right atleast in the future Ms.Warrier!

You are right. She has done really a big mistake comparing or rather trying to compare.
Where is Ajith and Vijay and where is Suriya. Suriya is an actor, performer. Ajith and Vijay are hero's. As our Suriya rightly said, he doesn't want to be hero, but experience the whole meaning of acting.
The mass and class appeal is for people who see films with hero's. Who really enjoy movies as experience, suggestion please watch Suriya's movies, atleast his selections go different and good.

I completely agrre . Suriya has miles to go to be even compared with ajith or vijay . Suriya cannot single handedly make a film hit , he needs a good production , good director , but ajith and vijay can do that .
