Indian Film industry has produced 100s of such movies, but only because SDM was directed by a foreigner, it won the award. AR Rehman has many great compositions than Jai Ho, but has not been noticed by the oscars.. likewise, though Mungaru male was liked even by non kannadigas, and was the first movie to run for 1 year in any multiplex in india, it couldn't bag any national awards...and it is needless to say what amount of lobbying is required to win a national award in india..!!    Forward   |   Report abuse
