Why is our Bollywood 'Global Icon' phillums not getting National Award for best phillum.
Why is south indian cinema taking top honors. Last year Malayalam film 'Pulijanmam' took best film award. This year 'Kanjeevaram' got best film award.
Why is this discrimination against 'Global Icon' Bollywood. When the entire WORLD respects Bollywood's icons why National awards are not given to Bollywood movies.

R u dumb? U know the most of the jury members in National awards including Chairman (Sai Paranjape) is from bollywood and they dont discriminate like u do.
And the movie 'Kanjeevaram' on which u r bashing Bollywood is a box office failure. when u urself didnt go to the theatre to watch the film than dont take undue advantage. The last film of bollwood got National award was 'Page 3' n it was a box office success.
IIIrd- U r too small to be the represantative of any industry. N what is SOUTH FILM INDUSTRY? Tamil, Telgu, Kannada n Malayalam r different film industries like Hindi, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Bengali etc. Do u think a person from Tamil origin can speak or understand Kannada?? No never...
N last but not the least, U have written in the last line that "0 talent, 100 % hype is called bollywood"??? Go and get ur facts right. I love Tamil movies but they got National awards under Best Film catagory only 2 times ( Marupakkam & Kanchivaram) while Bollywood or more precisely Hindi movies got it for 12 times second to Bengali movies (they got for 18 times & Malayalam movies for 9 times).
Sir its high time that u should stop being cynical n recognise films not as North or South movies but as INDIAN MOVIES. JAI HIND.

It is a masala Bollywood film remade from a South Indian film, an escapist film, a storyline which makes no sense, fight sequences which show the hero do unbelievable stunts more powerful than Batman and Spiderman, yet you will feel ok after coming out of the theater.
Salman Khan is truly in his element, in comedy, action.... and dont forget to watch him dance to Prabhu Deva's choreography, it is truly fun.
On the other hand, so called movie hyped for the thinking people like Kaminey which Raja Sen overrated 4 and a half stars was pure crap and leaves a bad taste with its Crime pays super-profits message.
Feels like having watched a combo of Rajni starrer Salman Khan excels. Ayesha Takia
