Also recently my friend gave me a suggestion of meditation - concentrate on the areas (if doctors have identified plasmacytoma sites in any part of your bones) and also concentrate on bone marrow and let your mind tell your immune system to clean MM cells from all parts of your body...

in fact I intend to start MM forum in India...let me see how far I can collaborate with like minded people and do something to start a foundation and awareness -both proactive and reactive...
MM is not incurable. From Velcade to Bone marrow transplant, many options are available today. remember V P Singh lived with the disease for decades, as much we such cases in our clinical practice. Getting the right treatment is the key. Best of luck. Dr. Kausik Bhattacharya Apollo Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad
It is so sad. I have a friend who is jus 18 and has the same problem. He had been suffering since she was 2. it comes and goes in between and he needs transfusions. Though we cant guess his lifespan, it the fact that he lived for 16 years is encouraging. Science is so advanced and there is alsways a hope.
