Only gud thing abt movie ws the sharks fight w.sanjay dutt bt tht ws a lame reason to go after the shark, and viola shark escapes nd never comes back.Tht's unusual fr an aggressive shark who obviously knows his food and he never comes back. Ther alot of cons save for the visual appeal fr the movie which ws excellent. CONS -characters casual approach to seek the treasure "weasure" b.c its predictable sanjay dutt will get convinced by crorepati akshay. -the bike thrills and zayed's story in bankgok has been done alot of times and has nothin to do w.the story. Sure its a trap bt too late b.c akshay nd katrina didn't mean any harm to the family????Obviously all tht stunts ws for zayed b.c its been ages since i saw this guy, so nice come back for him w.all those stunts. -like any b-wood action film, this also lacks story and dwells only on the typical "story ka twist" nd treasure weasure angle to it.Audience doubt a ship frm england to india is found in the caribbean, w. the indian navy accusing the captain of being a traitor. This particular story cud be exposed nd made the movie alot more better, instead we have the grandson wanting the treasure to save his family's honor. Moreover, why does pepul still taunt the grandson coming frm a traitor grandfather tht he hunts the treasure so bad fr this sake. According to them its 1947 tht incident took place, why shud it affect akshay in the present day. -The first half is obviously terrible, since thr wr jst songs,bike stunts tht lead
Yesterday when i read the article which said that a sequel to Blue is on cards, I was a little suspicious. But now it is official.

Producers of blue are already close to recovering their money.
Now all those losers, who didn't like this movie (without seeing this movie ofcourse) keep watching your old Bollywood non sense movies. Blue is a new generation of movies in Indian cinema.

whatever it is... this is really new for Indian cinema...and is worth appreciation. This is the first movie and if people unlike you encourage these kind of movies, there will be Indian movies better than your "torque" or "Into the blue". But you will try your best that it does not happen, right ?

It's not as if torque or into the blue is an oscar winning movie, forget abt being a contender even for nominations. Those movies ar there b.c of business formula started by hollywood due to jaws, summer blockbuster movies.
They always release these kind of movies knowing best thy'll be super hits at the right time. Pirates of the caribbean and both batman movies to name a few is no exception to this business formula.
Into the blue and torque also had negative reviews and the later was a flop. Blue is the same thing for audiences who already saw junk films like into the blue or torque, which relased few years ago.
This film is new for bollywood audience to appreciate the hard work put in. Seriously, cut the sympathies and i question whethr indian audience has seen into the blue or torque. Aftr tht blue director expects us to see a film like this which honestly is no better thn into the blue. They cud hav made it better bt its the same crap as hollywood gives.

I appreatiate your view but there should be some originality in the movie na. Though the stunts were showcased as main attraction but still were bland though with an attractive premise. The dialogue's too were pathetic (hinglish), the music was mediocre and above all there was no element of suspense !!! Though i agree that the effort taken was great and different better luck next time for blue 2 with some origanility. There is no point in showing the infringed product to hollywood guys that the director was boasting about!!!

Be a man dear and appreciate attempts made by someone show difference in Indian films than just movies which shows girl frnd swapping its much better. If you same thing in Hollywood you will appreciate but someone from ours do it you will find it waste. Grow up and be fair.......

akshay was the only one who acted in this damn film..and as far as his recognition is concerned.....he was appreciated f4 and will be in future also..he is a star who can act in every genre...not like SRK..who is a cry baby...salman khan//..who likes to flaunt his body evn tho he is outdated package....and hritik roshan..who does not know anything but tapping his feet to hide and seek advertisement..akki is one man show..has no filmy background....and he is one of a kind..
