What is your point?? The article doesn't say anything about MJ. It's like comparing apples to oranges. Mozart 1000s more pleasurable than Ravi-Shankar. That is if you understand music.

Everyone has their preferences however you can not compare artists from completely different genres was my point. MJ was a brilliant pop-musician while Ravi Shankar is a great Indian classical artist. You can not measure talent by means of genre of music. MJ was able to entrance millions of people which means he must have some talent.

I think you are over dosed with music knowledge. and you have never heard MJ. You may not be knowing but Anushka also believes that Michael was one of the most influential artists pop culture has ever known.
