Amitabh Bachhan and his family are very graceful and deserve to be first family of Bollywood not because of inheritance but due to hard work I wonder why UPA Govt in not inviting him to any film festival or official function I wonder why Sharukh khan was present in 26 /11 function in Delhi and not Amitabh perhaps he was not invited because he is Hindu

its communal people like om garg who start riots and demolish masjids. such ppl should be stoned. and about bacchans the less said the better. ya what an ideal family and what 'hard work', the daughter in law dancing with her husband and father in law half naked. first family my foot. amitabh probably didnt have the time to go cos 1. he is busy in promotin his film paa 2. he must be shooting for some ad . haha

Great people like Amitabh Sachin don't need government or their invitation...you can remove a government after 5 years or even before that...but had India ever removed Amitabh bachchan for past 40 years from her heart??? After 60 yrs of independence you remember and love only one name for such a long time!
If government did not call Amitabh to functions it does not hurt Amitabh..that u too know..but passively government humiliated itself. Just see what controversy Goa film festival had landed into due to this. People have become against the government ..even the Goan government has become against the central directive to not invite Amitabh due to BachchanGandhi family feud. Sonia has become bigger than public today for them! No problem..this government has set records of hurting public sentiments at many occassions be its silence over antinroth indian riotings in maharastra or anti hindi tirade there...its spineless government which will soon declare Italian as the national language!

What a topic for 'Headlines'. I commented sometime back, the content management team at Rediff are mentally bankrupt. Devoid of all sense of balance, swayed by glitz and glamor and without an iota of anything sensiblity to report anything worthwhile.
