De Dana Dan will almost certainly end up giving you a headache. Unless you revel in comedy where every character shrieks and screams, women are spoken of in a degrading manner and loud decibel levels give you a kick, this one's not for you. Not that the film does not have its moments. But when in a 2 hours, 45 minutes movie you barely chuckle a couple of times and laugh out loud once, there's reason to worry.
Seriously Akshay has become the new Govinda and his fans are blind to reality as you can see on this board.

this blady raja sen is back into business. this big time A** HO** is a big fan of srk....Rediff plz dont alow this kind of people to write review....or if you want to play favorites dont write review at all. Movie like D3 deserve 3 and more start. Guys watched this movie yesterday and the movie was really gud...D3 rocks!!
I used to really respect Rediff revew but lately they have really lost their touch! I thought De Dana Dan was really really funny. Actually after a long time I saw a truely funny hindi movie...I thought the direction was great given the multiple characters and making them all funny. I think rediff should stop being baised in their views and do what a critics job is and that is to evaluate a movie fairly. I have noticed this trend where they expect a funny paisa wasol movie to have an intellectual plot..come on give me a break...when a holloywood movie is made that way, there is no criticism

The problem is not with bugger Raja Sen but the review communities like him. Why is that these people cant differentiate between the types of movies. Hollywood has churned out so many slapstick comedies and people enjoy them. DDD is for the masses that enjoy slapstick.
Am a desi in NJ, USA and I went to watch this movie in theatre (that says a lot!!).. I enjoyed every moment of the movie.. I am not sure what warning you are trying to give here.. Akki rocks!!
