Santoshi jee used basic and typed Bollywood funda to make a average movie. Nothing great about this excpet direction.. I would like to rate it as equivalant to "Kismat Connection". If you like that movie the go and see this.. else dont waste your money and time..
I liked the movie. Its good. Both katrina and ranbeer did well and look good. If you are not a realistic cinema fan go watch it, its light, its comedy and it feels good at the end
Only Kids and students may like this movie provided they dont use their brains. For this you should have dad's money to buy tickets. For rest, it is going to be waste of time and money. The movie is OKAY. Only Raja Sen can give this movie 3 1/2 stars. For normal people like us who have to buy tickets for money will not give even 2 star to this movie. Its silly comedy will not be appreciated even by kids. However if you are die hard fan of Ranbir or Katrina, you will surely like movie as you dont go in theatre for watching movies but only to see stars ! Choice is yours. My rating is simply 2.

The film is shot in Ramoji type studio and gives you feeling of late 1990 movie ( camera work and colours ). Story, screen play, camera and overall effct will surely give you feeling of 1990 movies. The good part in the movie is that it is clean movie and can be seen along with kids.
Guys....reviews, be it on rediff or any other website / critics....are completely based on their own understanding, observation of a movie.
Well....I watched this movie as expected before its release to be a family entertainer (without any vulgarity....since directed by RajKumar Santoshi).....
and IT WAS A COMPLETE FAMILY ENTERTAINER....MOVIE IS COMPLETELY PAISA VASOOL.
I'll suggest people who are planning to go with family...its a perfect movie, one after Gaolmaal earlier.
For me...Ranbeer has given LOL and classic performance....he has been the show stolen for this movie....you will die with laughing.

Hi, I was waiting up for someone to defend the ‘Critic’ who had done an outstanding tomfoolery with his bread & butter. No one here had given any intense 'Negative Remark' on Ranbeer's role playing in the movie (instead everyone had praised his performance). Kindly take 10 minutes of your time and have a quick peek on ‘rottentomatoes’ - you will find & will be able to understand what a "Critic Writer" does...after that few minutes; please come back here again and provide us your input on Mr. Sen's reviews...
Everytime I see these comments on how Sen is biased, etc. etc.. I wonder why this guy is still having his job. The answer is simple.. he is the man who attracts highest comments. Like they say - Hate him or Love him, you can't ignore him. And that the business model.. the more number of hits a page receives, highest would be the price for ads on the page. If there are 100 comments on this page, it means there were at least 10,000 visits on the page!
So I would say stop reading reviews by Rediff. If people ignore their reviews, it will put pressure on these guys to be fair in their reviews and mislead the loyal visitors.
i mean how can any one with mental age above 14 like it???i staged a walkout for the first tym in my life after buying expensive tickets for front row seats and over priced popcorn...just cudnt take it after the interval...bad bad bad movie...shame on all the biased reviews...
