I totally agree that he was a great actor during 70's and 80's . His had huge fan following that time. But today he is outdated. Nowardays people dont go to theatre becoz amitabh is there in it. Recently many films of his are flop even though he was good in it..
He is competitor to Rishi kapoor, Vinod Kanna, Anupan kher for the Roles of DAD these days
Aamir Khan is the Great actor Now . Forget this amith now

no he is the greatest ever versatile actor.nobody can do such type of experiments in looks, actings and styles atleast in this age.He has that much of spirit in this age too.He is the real brand ambasador of the acting,style....in other way acting is his tashan............
More than how this looks or how it is going to be, appreciate the fact that at 67 he is ready to experiment with his looks which has played a major part in his superstardom. Read about the makeup process - 5 hours of makeup and 2 hours to remove it plus 8 hours of shooting.. For shots at 5 in the morning, he has had to start makeup at night 11 or 12 and then do the shooting at morning. I wonder how many young ppl like us (leave alone 67 year old ppl) work that hard when u consider that he has earned so much and does not need to do that plus his health condition.

So what is wrong ? the industry never wanted him to experiment at any given time - the industry was happy with the superhits that he doled out with the time tested formula.
ppl have a right to choose when they want to experiment or attempt new things - u cannot deny them that !

true ppl have choice.. but then dont make him great... dont go over board for experimenting now...
and being a superstar in 70s and 80s he could have experimented then.. but for that he needed to cut his prise.. which he didnt do... that time no talented film maker could afford him for an experimental role...

One question, how many ppl dictate how much I shud be paid for my work or how much deduction I shud take, or how I shud deal with my work ?
Why do we think we are qualified enough to comment on how a legend like AB shud conduct himself or about his payment structure ? he has a choice to conduct his work as he wishes; we have a choice to either appreciate it or live in a fool's paradise and continue criticizing him
what kind of animal is this or which planet has this person come from ? seriously amitabh is a gr8 actor and shud not do such roles. he will get his name spoilt see what happened to him rgv's aag / bhootnath / boom etc. he will only become a laughing stock

mr. chowdhury; google progeria - u will find an article about a family in bihar with 5 children of the same family suffering from it. Look at the photo and then comment - u will know how inhuman it is to pass a comment calling progeria patients as animals or aliens !
