She should rather retire gracefully now and move on with life to look after her family and in laws, have babies and bring new bachans in the world, as her age passes it might be difficult to conceive at later stages already 36 now

It's just an opinion,like you are giving yours, she already had her part of success and should focus on other things as well.Every thing should be done in proper time. Nature has timing for everything, if you play with it you loose.
