Hi Navin, In Mumbai they recently had the local election,since the index finger already has the mark so the Election Commisioner allowed the middle finger to be marked for assembly election. Shikha

Its like if you are tired of doing it one way try the other. Also depends on where you put your finger. Different people from different regions poke their fingers in different orifices.
