Balika Vadhu is at least bringing some real issues regarding women in lime light and educating the public. It is better than sas bahu drama that you get sick of watching same story line with evil characters.
Not one show is watchable, all sitcoms are pathetic with poor writing. The long running serials are the worst, they insult your intelligence. I had enough of those singing and dancing competitions
Ohhh ok, all the mentioned serials are top in TRP ratings in north india know. ok ok.
Because I never heard about these names also; difficult to pronounce these names is on the other side. Anyhow these are top in North India only know; ofcourse not in south india.
people still remeber the serials of 80s aired in doordarshan becuase these serilals had definite end and able to cast something in the mind of the viewers. Serials like buniyaad, humlog, nukkar, are still fresh in the mind of the viewers as these serials had good end. But todays serials had no end , people lost interst in the middle,so serials like gharghar ki kahanai ets had very pathatic end

This serial began with a bang and looks like it will end with a whimper.I stopped watching it as it got out of sync with reality.This serial is too preachy preachy and things are stretched beyond imagination.Boring watching kids in strange costumes acting like adults.

ur right i really wonder if some of the things are really existsing in current period...i know few rajasthni frens they are much more modern ...
