Shivajee has dreamt up a huge canvas and filmed an extremely lyrical story that has connotations of life at its harshest but simplest in the most engaging manner possible. Congratulations!
There is a take away for every viewer!

Having seen the movie myself I think its a very good take on the movie. The movie certainly moves you & makes you think about it even hours after you've watched it.

Now that's a balanced review

Good review, Elvis. Hitting upon all the right points. Most Indian critics never bother to take a film on its own terms and instead judge everything by their own limited personal barometers.

Am sure Elvis loves Karan Johar's way of story telling.
