Bollybood have few macho men. There names as following (1)Sunil shetty (2)Akshay Kumar (3)Sunny Deol Rest are Murgee Man. Since, Body buidling is not big thing, But maintain it, is beggest job!
Bollywood surely sucks.. its like a mom and pop industry. There is no industry in the country where nepotism and ego-centricism rules.Its a shame. I mean such a large country like India and w have few select families ruling the roost and making it alomost impossible for a outsider to enterand survive. As for Imran khan he is absolutely mediocre like his uncle.Amir's acting is such a conscious exercise, you get tired watching.Where is spontaneity, the flair, the naturalness. As for imran he is plain lucky..not even an iota of talent (like shahid kapoor) but always in news because that's what sells a movie and its easy to bribe media people with gifts etc and be in news.

well only drawback rediff has are these message boards that any gangu teli starts scribbing lines against icons.......u say aamir's acting is mediocre......lolzzz well everyone has right to express but that doesnt gives right to beat the height of stupidity with your thoughts.......bollywood is as open as any other industry.........only if you have talent no one can stop you......do you think aamir succceded coz he belonged to a filmi background......had it been the case faisal khan his brother would also be a superstar........it takes lot of metal to reach there and you can only succeed once of twice thru luck or family name got it.......if imran doesn't works well soon he will be forgotten there is no such thing called legacy.shahruk khan was an outsider but had talent so today he is what you all know.........he had no connection with bollywood it was purely hardwork....so talent has no bounding provided you are genuine not a aera gaira natthukhaira only good for commenting

To Some extent , both of you are right. Aamir is a fine actor for sure and have done justice to his role be it comedy,romantic,serious or action. But there are few actor who got repeated chance just because they belongs to film faternity ...few names are Sanjay Kapoor,Abhishek Bachan,Tushar Kapoor,Esha Deol ..all are still in business just because of their connection to bollywood. Also R Roshan has most of the hit movie produced & directed by his Dad.
As a general audience we shouldn't bother about who is IN and who is OUT , as long as we are able to see some quality good movie as we have all right to make the movie hit or flop.

talent dont need any godfather or any connection,you have the examples of SRK,Akshay,Ritesh & shreyas talpade.they r there on their guts,talent.abhishek is there because of his father,but Ritik has proved himself.

Hope we get a good movie ...once in a decade. we make a hit or flop out of average or below average movies.. just because there are few stars we like. And we call hindi movies "Indian movies" making few good movies among other lots of language movies irrevelant.. So "Indian Movies" means song and dance melodrama.... Let the stars churn out more box office hits and we enjoy more song and dance trash!!

well...Ram...there are different kinds of people who watch movies...in villages..uneducated...averagely educated to professionals.....
Most of the movies are targeted at larger audiences....villagers just need some dance and fights..or a serious family drama with soo much sentiment etc...so i think producers will simply lose if they keep following western trend...it may not apply to all the indians.
Movies like Jane Tu ya Jane na might apply to the urban audience but films like Hum Aapke Hain kaun will apply to ladies etc.
Guys like u and me might be willing to watch some meaningful movies...but go to a village theater and watch it..audience wil simply applaud heroes for just a punch dialogue and a superman fight.....soo instead of opposing them....lets choose the best movies and watch......wht do u say...

Sorry.. one more wish to add... Hope we get one more actor like Amitabh Bachan or Sanjeev Kumar.. in then next or the decade after..Hope also they dont waste their talent as Bachan or Sajeev kumar has done...
