i am happy to hear this. As a Sri Lankan, i traveled to india in 2003 and saw the number of slums in mumbai. I expected india to be richer but india looks poorer than Sri Lanka. Maybe india's economy is big but only because there are lot of people but people are still poor. My heard was aching to see south asians living in such conditions. We are lucky because we sinhalease don't live in slums but we are not rich like the western nation, else we will adopt indians and take your people out of the slums. Already we are giving street sweeper jobs in colombo to indians. We want to help alleviate poverty in india. I saw that movie slumdog millionaire. I hope it helped to open the eyes for the western world and guilts them to help my fellow south asians in india.

and U will find after some day of adaptation, the MPs would sell 'Brangelina', in the local market
Some people like to adopt different breed of dogs in various shapes and colours. and some people like to adopt children of differnt colours& races. Looks quiet fashionable

All are not same kind of thoughts. If someone helping the kids then we dont have any problems, why dont you and your relatives go firmly to adopt an Indian kids ?

Jeol Christian, don't read too much into such news. They are motivated to gain publicity with such flashy news as if they are doing a great service to the humanity! One point I can agree, they are better than many of their fellow actors. Maybe, it works as a message to Bollywood actors?

Why dont Sachin Tendulkar or any other actor or celebrity not coming front to set an example ? We have to accept such things and appreciate.

n great country you belong to??? by the kind of frustration level of yours I bet you or your family have experienced some horrible stuff personally ... but man u sound so frustrated, not good for your health... try yoga, given to the world (including your great country) by my India.
for all that you know, the couple might not last another 3-4 years as a married couple. i'm amazed at thier stupidity in wanting to raise a family of adopted kids from across the continents. a guaranteed PR strategy.
