Brave Lady

Jade Goody,A brave lady who not only accept the death bravely but a courageous lady who fight with the cancer both for her own life and to save the lives of others by using her image to help make millions pour into charity coffers. She’d love to help raise ?10million. She has been amazingly brave and honest about her battle.

People will remember her as that gobby bird who never gave up - the girl from nowhere who became the first worldwide reality TV star

I wish her soul would be in peace in heaven

Stop that

I think it is utter nonsence. She died of cervical cancer. The prominant cause for which is infection with Human papillomavirus. This virus spreads through sexual intercourse. People with multiple sexual partners have a high chance of getting this virus. Moreover She was a racist who treated shipa shetty very badly in UK with very bad racial comments. There is no need to feel remorse for such a woman. Its all media gimmick. If you want to feel ,feel sorry for all those illegal minor girls brought to the big cities in india from east indian states for sex trade. Many of whome die without even them knowing the cause of their death. Please Stop this utter nonsence please. no doubt indians are considered as the third world country, no self respect.

TALIBANS and Pakistanis are more dangerous than cancer! Btw for whom is Imran Khan's cancer hospital meant for? Is it for the "zionists" or "sanghies"??

To justify our inferiority complex we have a nice sentence ready, "everything is decided by god".

Not feeling any remorse is ok..But in your statement, you have shown a feeling of HATRED for her.
Why? a) She had multiple sex partners??
Why are you annoyed with that? Its her life. She got pleasure from sex so she had it.

b) She made racial comments on Shilpa Shetty?
You only saw that she made racial comments about Shilpa..you did not see her apologizing for that.

There is something called "compassion" that humans have. Which you think is "utter nonsense"

I felt sad after hearing the news of her death. Not because I am a fan of her or something. I felt sad about what she had to go through in her life. Coming to know in advance that you are going to die is not an easy thing. She dealt with it with courage.

Learn to love people despite of their shortcomings. Hate is a disease which makes you like the person you hate.

Hi Anand, what u r saying might all be facts andu might be frustrated with these things. And yes she might have changed or acted as if so to save her position, but the world here is needs some examples with which milliions gather some strength. And she was such an example. And look at it only till an extent how she faced her death. Now there might be 100's of ppl who might have got benifited financially with this episode but there will be millions who would have got some inspiration and strength to face the toughest facts of life and to face them head on. I really appreciate when u say that there are many girls who are dying with out knowing what their diseases are? You were able to feel their pain and suffering but fail to understand why u cant feel Jade's sufferings and mental tortures that would have gone through her head in the final stages. No one is perfect in this world and every one tries to be learn in every stages of life. And she did some wrong doings in her life for which she apologized and might be that is where we have to stop. I appreciate her courage in facing her death and this does not mean that I dont appreciate others who do so and dont get to limelight. Unfortunately many will not get to light. My request would be dont take away the sense of positive feeling in her death with some doings of her past.

May her soul rest in peace.

by shinu stalin on Mar 22, 2009 09:55 PM

she is good lady and done so many social service to orphange .. and her slip in tougue made her thinking as if she is follower of untouchablity .. shipa shetty won fame because of that ... but in reality untouchability still exist in india ..we need to rethink of our poor dalith brothers on day of her death what made her to think india is bad country ....

Why are we crying over her
by Rishin Chatterjee on Mar 22, 2009 09:51 PM  | Hide replies

First, my condolences....next, why the hell is a person like her a celebrity? What has she done in life...she is a creation of the media to make money...a great marketing initiative...but alas, not a celebrity...she has possibly even sold the photo rights of her dead body...

Dear Rishin,
If Jade Goody was a media creation to make money then what was Shilpa Shetty?
She shot to fame only after the racial spat with Jade and her win at the Big Brother contest was perhaps the greatest marketing initiative. Her win caused the rising temperatures among the expat population to cool down and it presented the Bollywood mandarins the perfect damsel to market.
She sold the photo rights of her dead body to ensure financial security for her kids.
So wake up this is the new age of marketing if not alive then when you die.
Cut the crap and let us condole the death of someone who died fighting a lot of pain and anguish.
May the Almighty grant her eternal rest and strenght to her kids and husband to bear this colossal loss.

Her criminal husband will make sure they don't get a penny.
Unless she has put a substantial amount in a trust for her children.
Then he can't touch a penny.
No one can.

Departure of Jad Gudy
by saifuddin on Mar 22, 2009 09:16 PM

Everybody has to go where she has come from. One can feel regrets and other may pepare themselves for their last voyage from this world. Destiny has fixed every thing which we rarely know. Do you feel regrets over the fortune of Jad's children? This is really a rare example of their good fortune over their mother's death.
