Piracy Shall Increase because of this strike and Hollywood movies ae the ones that are getting effected. Due to this god damn strike no good hollywood movies have been released so far. My entire vacations are going to waste. First X-Men ORIGINS, and now TERMINATOR SALVATION. Im sure even HARRY POTTER wont be released. Why does everyone have to act like immature idiots settle your differences for gods sake. Everyones just plain greedy. The cinemas should keep their entire revenue of popcorn etc. and give 1/2 of the revenues that the get by selling tickets, for gods sake you aren't making the movie you're just providing a place for us to see them.
These multiplexes sell tickets at huge prices. At the most cost per seat in a multiplex is not more than Rs. 13. Imagine the profits. I am not paying these exorbitant amounts so that SRK can build another illegal building for his friends and boyfriends. I would rather watch all movies on pirated DVDs. They provide value for money. To hell with ethics.

True. Now you don't even need to buy pirated stuff. Just get the torrents from the internet. And while doing so, we should all remember to seed the files after we get em', at least till they reach a ratio of 1.5. That way, we all gain.

When Multiplex owners earn 25 percent of revenue from the canteen, why Canteenwala will sell at cost .. all the profit given to Multiplex is added to our pEpsi or Burger cost.

I think the entire chain needs to cut down on costs. Ultimately, the cinema lovers are deprived of number of movies they can watch. Also nowadays the quality of the movies have gone down. Hence, both the producers side and also the multiplexe side should relook into the costs and provide entertainment at reasonable prices.
Parking should not be charged. Govt laws where is it gone. It implied sometime before. Without multiplex, owners providing infrastructure how can they expect crowd to be in. for that why do u guys charge and that too 15% is way too high.
