Saw this in NY in the late fall - the same audience that went wild over the Slumdog premiere went crazy over Little Zizou. It fizzes and sparkles -- anyone who has a chance to see it in a theatre, you are lucky, we'd go again in a flash.

tch tch mr. elvis, you give reader 2 stars and lil zou 3?? there's not a moment in reader where ur interest flags. it's hardly a 'mess' like you describe it, it's clean narration and it raises some serious questions. whereas, people were groaning, moaning thru lil zou. while the story line is gud, the execution is very amateurish: the scenes, the music cues, some of the performances...the priest act was like caricature rather than real. this is what you call a mess.., it's painfully obvious it needs a professional director...

Well said..it is now become "fashionable" to praise anything low-budget that is released as revolutinary, pathbreaking etc..LZ is a terrible piece of cinema and that is the truth...
