my humble request for you to read reviews of 1977 and Innoruvan...:) you get the answer...

FYI - frankly we have been seeing excellent kannada movies for last 2-3 years....i have never seen a Puneet..movie..have seen one Shivraj movie [Om]...thats it...they are not the only actors... actors like Sudeep, Ramesh, Ganesh, Vijay and new generation young actors are excellent....movies like Avva, Mussanje Matu, Accident, Nam Yejamanru, Aaptamitra, Gulab Takis, Phsycho, Taj Mahal, Hage Summane , Mungaru Male, Gaalipata came in last 2 years...they were fine movies.....music directors like Hari Krishna, Mano Murthy, Arjun are producing Gem numbers....frankly..last 2-3 years have been finest period for Kannada industry....we did go through horrid times in between in the hands of Tiger Prabhakar, Thrillar Manju...Kashinath..., raj camp...but it is all over now :)

1977 and Innoruvan are B grade movies..I never heard a movie named Innoruvan was coming, and no one in TN is gonna watch 1977 as it is made just to showcase Sarath's political power...u compare ur Nam Yejamaanaru with tamil B grade movies??well and good... Anyway I need not go and shout that Kannada films have less quality, production value and reach..the whole of india knows it except kannadigas...

ha ha...truth hurts....isn't it? do you know how many tamil movies have won national awards so far? ONLY ONCE :)...kannada movies have won it 6 times...check the numbers on net...
now..a movie is called B Grade movie when is has poor quality, production value and reach...you just admitted above that 1977 and Innoruvan are B grade movie..:) so..you know the rest...
mate - i am not a fool to compare Nam Yejamaanaru to 1977 and Innoruvan...it is a class movie....if you really need to compare then you can compare it with some Jaggesh movies...
and finally...it is always the same logic...if you say 1977 and Innoruvan are B grade movies and that doesn't mean whole Tamil Industry isn't crap..same holds good for Kannada industry as well..
have you ever heard names like Shankar Nag, Anant Nag, Girish Kasaravally, Ashwath, Raj Kumar, Pahni Ramchandra, Puttanna Kanagal??

i didnt generalise and say all kannada movies are crap..im often misquoted by kannada ppl...I know that erstwhile kannda films are too good...but the std is nowwhere to be seen now..do u seriously think Shivraj, puneet and present crop of actors can keep kannada cinema afloat...if u think yes, then u will be betrayed...
hmm but can any one deny the over action, ultra unnecassary creative scenes, vulgar comedy in tamnil movies by the way I am not supporter of any film industry but this is fact tamil movies are more idiotic telugu movies are more unnatual *(not all) majjority kannada movies (commercial movies) are remakes some non commercial movies in kannada and tamil are very good in fact telugu industry also has some very good m essage orionted movies which never releases for ex: tanikella barani's latestmovies: THis is only 30 min movie but has great message in it about life stop fighting dont fight for heros who do cast couching or fight for their own political benifits be it ntr, mgr or rajkumar

every industry produces B grade movies as well as classics...choice is upto you...if you know what you want, you will get that...
Dudes dont even say so many tamil movie names like SMS, Naan Kadavul etc.. I'll quote 3 names.. Vaaranam Aayiram, Billa, Indian and a lot. Just watch the trailer of Kandhasamy.. U'll know what tamil films mean.. I am a Telugu guy who has exposure to Telugu, Tamil & Kannada films.. Tamil Industry rocks... But I dont think we should compare and start this bickering..

I dont really know why kannadigas are always in the the job of degrading tamil films...by degrading others u cant be on top, u have to improve yourself...Pls dont degrade tamil movies by comparing them with kannada movies...hindi,Tamil and telugu cinema are in the top league in indian cinema....

hey sharma.. i'm only against bollywood.. i never comment on any south film industries.. many tamil films are hit in all the 4 south states and many tamil films are also remake of telugu or kannada or malayalam movies. mohanlal,mamooty,ramesh arvind,nagarjun,chiranjeevi acted in tamil films ..so everybody in TN knows about other state actors and their movies.. only these northies from states like gujrat,UP,MP etc.. who dont have their own film industries just hiding behind bollywood and telling our south film industries are not upto standards without watching a single movie.. That too i only reply to those who abuse tamils..

By seeing your comments against Kannada in all the Forums, it looks you are allregetic if you hear the name of Kannada. It is better you meet some Doctor who can prescribe some medicine for your allergitic Kannada.

this is a B grade movie from sarath kumar...recently we had good films like venilla kabadddi kuzhu, yaavarum nalam, naan kadavul, SMS etc..u guys are pessimistic when it comes to tamil cinema..u always search for bad films..infact we don consider these as films at all...nobody in cities would even think of watching it..its only for sarath kumar,s partymen...

Mr.Narayan, 20 years back,weekly episodes were being published in one of the popular kannada magzines about "Agoris" (Agrorigala naduve)written by a kannada writer Vamshi.It was published for alomost one and half years.Some had appreciated but majority of the readers had protested not to publish these episodes and requested the writer to stop this. Do u know where u can find a handul of agoris in S. India? It is chamundi hills of Mysore, where thse ppl come n worship chamundi devi for their fulfilment.
