she got lucky with 'parutheveeran' because of the tragic end. Her acting is very mediocre and dress sense is below mediocre. Same thing happened to Meera Jasmine.

i) Each and every person is different. Don't generalize every body and blame. ii) They don't like others to fill Bangalore. By this locals are outnumber. No other City in India face this problem(Other state people outnumbering locals). But there is no jealousy. They are happy if we become billion dollarman in our own cities rather making them minority in Bangalore. iii) Whats your problem. They feel convenient speaking Kannada. if you don't know ask them to explain in English. But please try to learn local language. iv) Ridiculous statement with not proper illustration/evidence v) You face this problem every where. else, there would be some other issues in other cities. some time more serious than auto driver. btw, other state Auto drivers outnumbered local Autodrivers.

yeah i agree with that there is nothing prob in trying to learn new lang i am from andhra i came to bglore over 4 years I know ppl who respect non locals and at the same time ppl who try to abuse them i know ppl who spoke to me in telugu and ppl who got angry when they came to know that im from other state yes i agree there is some unrest among public on increase in IT ppl. That is partly understandable also. Some people have some kind of loathing for IT sector. There is no denying that IT sector is the reason bangalore is what today but IT sector took kannada away from Bangalore. I learned kannada and I am comfortable now in Bangalore Auto walas are as bad as in any other places...but Yes in Bangalore u see lot more of them and ppl who increase pollution and who try to abyuse u on top of everything learn to respect the sand and place where u r in

and regarding above ii dontknow y kannada is so much after the remakes y cant they bring some creativity there is no denying that telugu and hindi dont have remakes but atleast they try to add some creativity kannada unlike others, try to lift the movie straightly from telugu tamil etc this, along with bangaloreans getting exposed to other movies (thanks to the cosmo culture_) leading to less viewers for kannada movie ppl may aruge but this is fact and this was fact since ages

U are again wrong Mr.Dileep.Kannada do not have dubbing system from other languages. So others will take advantage of this.For. ex. if a telugu movie is to be remade in Kannada, the producer is an Andhra guy only who invest money here that no one can avoid. They are Sai Prakash from Andhra, who is now settled in Bangalore, and busy remaking all the telugu movies to kannada. Now Aditya babu is now busy doing the same thing. If u observe carefully the producers of all remakes of Telugu movie in kannada are Andhrawallhas only. From Tamil Film industry, the famous dramitist Vishu, Cheran and Shivaji prabhu are investing in Kannada film industry.Recently vikraman also investing the money in an upcoming movie.

It is wrong to generalize. One should respect local culture and try to learn local language, if you happen to stay for longer period.

Please do not generalise about the people in karnataka.I do agree that there are a few bad elements in the state, but not everyone are bad.Good people are also there.Since Bangalore has developed into an IT city the local people doing various businesses have become extremely wealthy. Let me tell you one thing ,it is mainly an attitude problem among the outsiders.Once we are in a new place we must learn to respect the local culture, local language and above all respect the local people.atleast try to speak in the local language to show that you respect their state.Once u do this half of your problems will be over."While in Rome, be a Roman". About the autorickshaw-wallahs - I must tell you that not just in Bangalore but also in many other main cities they take exorbitant rates.According to my opinion, there is no need to bring ethinicity to this issue .
Priyamani is a Tamil brahmin girl [cousin of Vidya Balan] born in Palghat, Kerala and raised in Bangalore. She dubs herself in Tamil and hence won the national award. Please check the facts
