NSE and BSE are also enabled by same IT. IT is just a tool to reduce costs and facilitate ease of use by public. We are seeing some benofits like not having to stand in Q for depositing bills of electricity and telephones in India. Incidentally Bharati Airtel gave a 670 Million $ contract to IBM instead of an Indian Company.
