Thats incorrect. he was suffering from a skin disease called 'vitiligo' which eats away the pigmentation (melanin) of the epiderm causing the skin pale. Even in rural india, this disease is very common. He was also suffering skin cancer which made him undergo multiple plastic surgeries to remove the affected skin. It is wrong to assume and talk bad like that dear.
