The Judge has been bribed. Prosecutor is bribed to weaken the case. All the pockets have been lined up. BTW. They are looking for a new maid. Must be from poor family and about 18 yrs old.

Beware those taking bribe in this case they will be sodo_ed by hard core criminals i their life.

There is no remedy. Indian laws are highly biased towards woman. If Shiny is guily then he should be punished but if he is innocent then why scot free the girl? each and every law related to women, 376, 498A, 3&4 of dowry harrassment, domestic voilence, Adultry... they are all strongly biased towards women. In these case man is guilty till proven innocent... Against the spirit of constitution written by Baba saheb ambedkar..

You mean people from Delhi support people who have commited rape .. you sick person what has a region to do with this ....
anyway for you i would like to inform you Shiney ahuja was only born in delhi and has been living in Mumbai for last 20 yrs (out of 36 yrs of his life) ... even by law he is a mumbaikar now .. so what do you say now ..
if he is a criminal he is a criminal .. what has that to do with a region ...

criminal does not know the geographical as well as political boundary... if he commited crime.. he is criminal and he shouild be punished.. then why we are dividing our country like east/west/ soth or north for an accused? we all are proud as we are indian.. we are proud because of our rich diversified culture..we are proud for kapil dev, sunil gavaskar, we are proud for lata Mangeshkar, Kishor Kumar, We are proud for Tendulkar_ Ganguly_ Dravid, We are proud for Dada saheb Phalke and satyajit Roy...we have many many things for which we can feel proud as an Indian....it does not matter where Shiney Ahuja actually originated or where he is now. if he commited the crime.. he must be punished... thats all.
