Girija Vyas of all the people suddenly saw the plight of this poor maid who the actor Shiny is supposed to have raped. Well Girijaji does not have time for the rapes happeing in the Capital Delhi,she does not have time or energy for cases happeing all over UP . But SHINY being an actor involved in the case Girija Vyas thought this is the best time to be in news and on TV .That's pure HYPOCRITISM and Girija Vyas or NCW they are famous for that . I wonder the women cell does anything else other than kitty parties.
Why NCW is interested in this case so much,In Kerala there was a chain of rape cases involving many famous actors and politicians.the NCW was nowhere to be seen and if at all they came it did no good. Wonder who is pulling the strings to make this case so sensational so that the girl cannot show her face in public.
It sounds nice that the National Commission for Women will send a team to Mumbai to speak to the domestic help who was allegedly raped by actor Shiney Ahuja, and to see what steps can be taken to help her. But it is very sad that NCW does not bother - what ails actor's wife Anupam Ahuja - may be - in a well-mannered and in a well-planned way, her actor husband is being framed. The NCW is an organization for the welfare of women and may be a dork like you may not understand, Anupam Ahuja is also a women. The media has declared Shiney Ahuja as a rapist but the police is still investigating. The emotional and mental trauma that Anupam Ahuja has to undergo is nothing less than what the maid is undergoing, provided the maid was indeed dishonored. Jerks like have no sense and miss no opportunity to show case what a freaking looser you are.

Mohammed you pea brain. You have to see the situation of the woman in picture. The Ahuja woman is rich enough to hire pyschologist to council her if she needs. the other lady in picture is a maid, with probably no job and no support system.
Ahuja came out with 20 neighbors and relatives at the conference .

let the court decide whether ahuja is guilty or not. till then, we have to treat all women, and men, alike. ncw going in favor of maid is not justified unless the case is decided by the trial court. one should not jump to conclusions on mere accusations. 80% of accusations in such cases are false. read times of india front page 21 june 09 lucknow edition, how girls are making money by falsely accusing men of eve-teasing...

Yeah.. U damn right he's equating the mental trauma that wife's going thru to the rape victim... You hypocrits diust me.. According to you if a person is rich he feels lesser pain than the poor.. Let me give u a perspective.... 1) A woman who's been raised with all the wealth, never seen a bad day in her life.. thrown into such a situation.. 2) Now another woman, who grew up seeing all this crap all around her. to a certain level even getting used to it.. Im not saying she might be happy with the situation.. but its equally comparable... On one hand you have a female who lost her hornour and a job.. who can simply shift to another village and lead a normal life.. when she gets over the situation/ or gets a good settlement from Ahuja.. given that this rape really happenned without consent.. On the other hand.. a woman who has to go through pscycologists for all her life.. being in the limelight, cant hide and move to another place.. and the sight of her husband always reminding her of the past.. Im not saying she's a saint or anything.. i dont know her... And u gotta admit.. NCW is really just a pass time for the women involved and are just here for publicity now.. Also u say Ahuja came out with 20 relatives.. Well have u seen the crowd outside the police station.. the victim came with that..she's got the biggest support system..people like some here..who without knowing or caring to know for the truth will just go and support her for no other reason than to punish the rich.
