I am not here to judge Shiney. But Indian law is getting more & more 'women' friendly... If a lady puts up even an 'allegation' of foul play, the law puts the entire onus on the man to prove his innocence... Also, print media always publishes the name of the accused man & his family - but the names of the accuser are always kept a secret - Actually the names of both the accused & accusor should not be for public display until the foul play is confirmed by medical report and is released to the local Circle Inspector.

Rich and famous have right to rape and plunder, well in this third world country of ours law is meant for poor only, rich people never get punished, so shiney can relax he will walk free after some time, if he had committed this crime in a country like USA or UK he would have been in jail for atleast 20 years, but this is India so any thing goes....

I agree with you, India law as made for women, in this scenario. Men is helpless, even commits wishfilly men is the culprit
