can anybody tell me what happened to Mr Bandarkar after the girl Preethi acused hin of rape. The media will cover up slowly and the police follow soon.
this is a classic example where man has not been able to take care of his s.e.x.u.a.l urges. The entire act would have taken 15 minutes but the consequences are life long. Now Mr.Shiney please face the consequenses (if you are right or wrong) but yr character has already been tarnished.
I saw his wife yesterday in TV. With such beautiful and loyal wife I dont know why he had to rape a maid. I would love to have such beautiful and loyal wife defending her hubby in a henious crime like rape.
Can't the forensic team examine the seamen extracts & match them with shiney's DNA?The results should have been out by now.I still can't comprehend what's going on????????

exactly, till DNA tests are out nothing can be said other than debate what could have happened
In cases involving crimes of passion/sex it is difficult to prove one thing or the other, albeit in this case, based on media reports, Shiney looks 'not so shiney'. But if they have DNA evidence the act itself can be established. The case then boils down to establishing the circumstances. In film-world setting, casting couches are not that uncommon. I wonder if they administer polygraph tests in India in such cases. In the absence of witnesses it boils down to what he said vs what she said. There have been cases where guys have been led on to the brink only to have the breaks slammed down to extract some material price. On the flip side, there have been well placed guys who have exploited the poor for their own nefarious ends. I guess we will have to wait until all the facts are out before we can reach anly clear verdict. Based on the preliminary evidence in the media, this guy looks guilty.

I think he doesn't take much precautions. Best he can have blow job with concern of her maid
