Thank god its not called as Indinadu :) i don't bother about why we call it as India. Coz India is the English version. Its Bharat Desh, Bharat ruled our nation thats why we got the name. I guess King Bharat didnt ruled Tamilnadu coz he was unable to understand tamilians and tamilians were absolutely fail to understand hindi, yes its something about the Historical truth.

The history of the Hindi dialect continuum (including Urdu), i.e. the Central zone dialects of Indo-Aryan.
These dialects emerge out of Apabhramsha in the 7th century and by the 10 century become identifiable as the predecessors of the contemporary Indo-Aryan languages (Old Hindi).
Braj was the popular literary dialect until it was replaced by khari boli in the 19th century.
Since the 1947 partition of India, a Sanskritized version of khari boli has become a major lingua franca of the Republic of India, known as Standard Hindi, and a Persianized version of khari boli has become the major lingua franca of Pakistan, known as Urdu.

Forget about history, history is always written in different terms and different people. In India at this present, after Hindi the most spoken language is Telugu. Tamilians are isolated in India.

We are not asking how many wives you have, or how many husbands ur wife has. The issue is why MK have 3 wives. Why Karunanidhi fought against hindi in 1932 when rest of India was fighting against Britishers?
