Watched Movie Today. Its the biggest Hit Of the Year. The Dance and the Acting of Charan was superb. The Credit goes to Rajamouli,Charan, Allu Aravind and Cinematogarphy.
Watched this movies today. I was forced to accompany some friends but was for the first time pleasantly surprised to see a good entertaining movie. This guy Ramcharan has it in him to become a good mass HERO.
Gone are the days of Viswanath, Bapu and Jandhyala in Telugu film industry. What we are seeing are all junk and remakes of successful Tamil movies. This story of rebirth and love story started with Moogamanasulu of Adurthi Subba Rao. The film will still catch the attention of this generation despite a W&B
I think, the telugu movies are suffering from the lacunae of good directors and writers

Very true sekhar. Directors like Chandra eleti, Mohana krishna, Chandra siddhartha are trying to make a difference. Typical telugu movies are like andhra cuisine, loaded with salt, chilli, masala. You can never taste the ingredients. That's just how they like it.

you are partly right agreed that vishwanath kind of directors are not there but tell me. if a director of K Vishwanath or Bapu caliber emerges now... will he be given a chance to do a film do you know when vishwanath has directed and created the master piece shankarabharanam,...no one came forward to buy... and if that movie would have been a flop, can you imagine the diamonds like swathi muthyam, swarna kamalam, swathi kiranam kind of movies... bottom line is that the people out there in cinema are for money making... by chance sometimes great movies like shankarabharanam comes,, but mostly you will be seeing commercial movies... the little thing that can make us happy is that our directors of present who go opportuinity to film are producing some techinal wonders (by indian standards). Atleast we can be proud to that point. And you can be assured that the Industry has the directors of Bapu Vishwanath caliber.. the only thing is that it is not unleashed
