This movie is good but story line is too weak, as Deepika justified her rolw what she is paid for. But saif always over acting. The best part is Neetu Singh entry for a minute, she looks very gracefull.
"Love Aaj Kal" I had seen in Rama Devi Theatre yesterday at Vizag. No doubt, it's a good movie. The songs are really enjoyable. But then it's all the way Saif Ali Khan and Deepika in every frame, expressing their feelings of friendship, bla bla bla... One can see people watching the movie yawning as it becomes too much. Many places, Saif's dialogues are so casual, I think common man cannot understand what he means. The movie is good for those rich and beautiful, whose culture is entirely different from Indian common man's culture. No doubt, it's a different type of love story, but then the end is totally un-acceptable, as far as Indian tradition is concerned. Full marks to Deepika, who is at her best in her role. Of course, Saif looks too old in front of Deepika, in spite of having several layers of make-up. The movie is only for "A" class audience and not for others.
Not worth spending money on watching this movie which does not have a proper story line. Absolutely bakwas. Raja Sen is very lenient in giving these ratings. Max. 2 stars.
The review is perfect, the film does not deserve more than 2 stars; strictly ok no where near Jab We Met or Socha Na Tha. It was a short film 2.15 hrs still story had nothing much to say and was taking too much time to reach climax. A missed opportunity.
I so completely agree with Mr. Raja Sen, it was a kunal kohli kind os sh*tty crap film ! Substance is far u cant call it mindless either, crap is a decent word. Dont waste 200/ whatever bucks. Wait till it is aired in TV.

guys it's a good movie ! saif always carrie attitude of modern urban young guy like he played in hum tum, salam namaste and dil chahta hai , his sardar role is outstanding ! Deepika is good! all n all it's good movie
The movie is a waste of time. esp. love aaj, between deepika and saif is something people won't relate to. Deepika's charater knows her mind, has guts to kiss the first time she meets saif, she knows her mind all thru the movie, then how come, after 2 years of break up and spending one year with another guy, right the next day of marriage, she realises she loves saif? Now no woman of this date and age will be so DUMB!!!!! just cos she is the heroine, she can't get away with anything. Her acting is a replica of what she did in bachna ae haseeno, no emotions , no nothing. As for saif, he is def. looking very old!!!! A 40 something guy can't pull off the role that should've ideally be done by a hero in his early 20s. Over all the film was hard to digest, too slow and def. LOve aaj is pathetic.

It is not great but far better than other overhyped and flop movies the year.Well done saif,most of the times he was sidelined as supporting actor,it seems he has arrived.
