Saif looks so 'plastic' (literally) in this movie promos (except in the Sardar getup, as the fake beard hides all the botox job done to his face). Pathetic!!! Grow up and age gracefully man!
Regardless, I am going to watch the movie, if only for the sensible Imtiaz Ali and the leading ladies Deepika and the fresh looking newcomer
There is absolutely no similarity in the saif's and rishi's faces so i cannot make out how can one play the younger age of another , our face changes with age but it doesnot become so unrecognizable.Ranbir looks like neetu singh just as saif looks like sharmila tagore, saif playing an young rishi is a case of apparently wrong casting unless the charecter goes through pastic surgery, even then it is not possible, but its hindi cinema so...........
Further raj kiran and rishi kapoor played more or less the same 'role'in karz not mentioned here.

When Rishi Kapoor is narrating his love story Saif visualises it and that is why he is shown as playing the younger version of Rishi Kapoor

I posted the comment before seeing the film now i have seen it and can understand the young old riddle, yes i know it is not about physical similarity but personality matching.
I think the film is jab we met revisited the central theme of 'confused in love'and self realization later repeated here with a time twist an okay film but not much new to offer.

well well....when an actor can change his disguise by just supporting a moustache!!where no one (in the film) is shown recognizing him,not even his own son!! then this seems much more believable!!he he!!
