Use your glasses. The right hand is clearly by his side, and not in her pocket. You can even see his finger tips in the picture.

she also doesnt pay tips in US/UK like typical desi girls !!

My friend was waiting tables partime in Spago restaurant in LA when she left without a tip. She was not happy with desi serving her table.

These small things show the true color of human beings.

Yes. But Kulkarni reminds me of Pandu Havaldar. Not that Pandu is bad or that anything wrong in being Pandu Havaldar.
