Whether it rains, floods, sun shines, wind blows blah blah...only Mumbai seems beautiful. Others are just waste right - Mumbaikars....Man rest of India has NO CLUE why THIS MUCH inferiority complex mumbaikar's have. WHY IT IS ALWAYS MUMBAI, MUMBAI and MUMBAI....GUYS please separate from INDIA..we can't take this BS anymore....

Drive from kalka to kasuali is amazing and that too in monsoon season, the hills are absolutely green and the road very smooth. Specially from the intersection that takes you to kasuli from shimla highway.
Indeed Pune to Mumbai drive is really amazing. One should take a stop at Lonavala and start walking the Monkey Hill & Khandala. If you want to see a glimpse of Heaven, it is the tour of Lonavala / Khandala in rains.... Just Amazing.

have a drive to shivamogga, chickmagalur, mangalore, dakshina kannada, coorg, udupi etc., districts in Karnataka.

I agree with mmspm, I am reminded of my visits to Chikmagalur, Hassan, and Agumbe in monsoon. great places, but Karnataka is poor in promotiong tourism
