Power of contribution by all residents to be happened in mumbai require two people 1. government and 2. mumbaikars.
All mumbaikars should contribute just one rupee (which is nominal amount which can anybody afford) per day and give it to government and see the difference. (provided it should be polititian proof) regards one of the Mumbaikar
