Shiney Ahuja whose act is condemnable should be allowed to go scott free provided if he agrees to donate a large sum of money for the poor and needy and this fund is managed thru a trust (not Jai Ho type Trust which is a hoax and is out to swindle poor in name of trust as can be seen by buying a house for Rs. 21 lac for richest slum kid while ignoring other real poor kids). The victim i.e. the servant who was raped too will agree with such dispensation as somebody or other much less famous slum boy was bound to rape her sooner or later - sooner rather than later and in this case, Shiney by paying for his crime can work for upliftment of poor even though allowing him to go scott free for his henious crime. I strongly advocate this step / strategy as justice will be done only this way.
Azhar has already made millions and could afford to buy his house with his own money. The money spent by the trust Rs. 21 lacs should have been for upliftment for other poor, needy and more deserving slum children. Alas there is no justice in this world and this incident reinforces this fact.

why we have intolerence when some one making money. Didn't the director pay the agreed wages for the actors? People all over the world do business to make money. For that they use workers(actors) and pay them for their service. That is how you and I earn a living. Do we question why our employers make money?
