sometimes i feel all this talk about monogamy is stupid, how can a person say that he will spend his rntire life with another person?? all religion should allow a man to marry as many women as he wants and vice versa, woman should be allowed to marry any number of men she wants

monogamy is the primitive nature of humans (Adam has one Eve)but polygamy is the exception W due to urgent needs & by agreement of the man & his wives.& polygamy for women is against their sensitive & shy nature

haha, yeah. but, one really cant comment on marriages i suppose. especially if it involves artists, and both parents are creatives, AND career minded - a recipe for ego clashes.

Children of broken marriages!
by Ramesh Kapoor on Jan 30, 2009 08:28 PM

It requires a strong willed parent who can raise children born of a broken a marriage. It is the neglect by both parents that can affect a child's growth, sometimes endangering their lives, and or meandering their ways to rowdyism, drugs, and other vices. It is a credit to the single parent who persevers and bring forth his/her child(ren), and what Honey has done is creditworthy. Javed Akhtar may be with his children now, but it appears from the article that he neglected them when they were adolescents; except for Honey she raised the brat and the angel.
