I agree that the author does sound like a prejudiced northie. She could have tempered down her style.
I simply loved the movie. Both Amir n Asin have worked fabulously well. Asin is simply spontaneous, n her acting was of the calibre of Kajol. Amir's hardwork has certainly paid off. Hats off to the Ghajini gang! n thumbs down to the Rab ne bana di jodi flock, one of Shah rukhs MOST boring movies. I was an ardent SRK fan, but his recent flick was a total disaster. Fell asleep through the movie. Though the new kid has a good figure ... n nothing else.
Well, if Madhu Mantena is the producer of Ghajini, then who is Allu Aravind who is shown in the credits and bill boards as the producer? He is the father-in-law of the telugu superstar Chiranjeevi and the father of the upcoming star Allu Aravind. How did Madhu Mantena crop up suddenly as the producer of Ghajini?? Wonders never cease to happen in Bollywood.

allu aravind is not father in law of Chiranjeevi. He is the brother-in-law of Chiranjeevi. Aravinds' sister is married to Chiranjeevi.

Brother first you've to know how a film will be made by people from the industry. Now a days every star is involving in film production. Is every hero's name is coming out? and for your information Arvind is brother-in-law of chiranjeevi and he along with Tagore Madhu purchased the dubbing rights of tamil ghajini. Obviously he'll produce the film in hindi also. Anyway he is big name but he knows that his name is not sufficient to produce the film beside yashraj,shajrukh,warnor etc, so he made this film in partnership, you got it.

sivaji is the only film from south which has highest collection till date and you write a joke about dasa. dasa is hit film thats all not a record breaker sivaji. you guys stop wrong news in the net, the sucees story of sivaji was know to the whole world .

Dear Mahesh, Kamal markets his movies pretty well. your list only has the flops of Kamal. What about Dasavatharam, Vettaiyadu Vilaiyadu, Indian, avvai shanmughi, virumandi, vasool raja and many other movies which were big hits? Moreover, Kurudhippunal, as you said is not a flop. It had a fantstic run in the box office.

Can u list out one innovative marketing strategy used by kamalhassan?. He is bad in marketing, infact bfore heyram released he was givin out statement like "this movie will make gandhiji more popular".What kinda intelligent marketing is this.

cute to watch pretty yes as far as comparing her to Sridevi,too early she has a long way to go for that.Sridevi is a legend Asin is just a beginner and she is not a very good actress she is just average.

Sridevi is a legend! She has the screen presence that no other actress has... Her dresses, movies may seem outlandish now, but that's how movies were those days! Overacting was acting!
