This indeed is the proudest moment for all the indians. Two oscars at same time- which is unlikely to happen again .ARR made every indian proud by claiming the top honour which has been eluding us for long time.Plz dont reject it because its an british production. Give respect to the talents and acknowledge it at appropriate time. So let us consider Bharath rathna for this great musician for his tireless work for the last 20 yrs and has taken indian music to the greatest height!! JAI HO REHMAN

rahman did'nt get an oscar, the oscar got rahman. He is truly above all these shity awards. the best thing about him is he is such a humble and a sweet guy. May god give more success to him. Truly a living legend.
Congratulations to Mr. A. R. Rahman......but here i want to say somthing more.....Rahman composed much better music in past and he will do the same in future too......he is a great musician from India....but JAI HO has got nothing special that can earn an Oscar....even the nomination......very few people are humming those songs in India.......those songs dont have the soul........again Slumdog is a silly movie.....period

rahman has made india proud...truly amazing career .he always comes with anew hit every time he makes music,,his ability to always remain at the top even after 15 years is itself an achievemnt..god is with him always and tats the power which is driving him...hes a role model to all indians...hail RAHAMN.
