Heath was simply remarkable. He over shadowed the Batman (Christian Bale). Dark Knight was completed Heath's movie. I think he truly deserves this. It would have been nice if he was there to receive the award. let us pray for his soul to rest in peace.

Heath Ledger didn't even see his own shots, they were still in the editing room.

man, was he great. I'm just rambling here ... Congrats dude.

TDK not being nominated for either Best Director or Best Picture was a criminal neglect, but hey, reality bites some.

a great actor second one to get an posthumous oscar after peter finch. i loved your work in in brokeback mountain too... no one could do better than u.. a great performance. u really deserved that one.

All I wish to say is, if a movie can make a man immortal, maybe Dark Knight is one for Heath Ledger.
He proved y he came down to earth.... To perform as JOKER in Dark Knight...
