Future of Indias film indutry is in shifting to English, to be global in nature.
Indian professionals, scietists and thinkers have succeeded asnd recognised when they started doing their bwork and expressing their talent in a globally recognised language, that is english. Indian film industry has to come out of the its over dependence of hindi and regional languages and has to shift to English to be global, for more exposure, for survival and to show case its originality, before outsiders export their products for our large englsh enabled audience. English is the language which has won the battle of dominance in world and when we adopt it we too are part of that. Otherwise bollywood will face the fate of Spanish, French, German or rabic language movies. English is the common language for Indians and it is foreighn language to every Indian, love it, marry it, reproduce it and make it your own to succeed.
English is the global medium of communication for the new millenium. make it yours, Bollywood, then surive and succeed. Make Indiam movies with Indian stories, Indian stars, Indian settings, Indian songs, Indian technology in Indian English. This is the way to go, get recognised and to success.

The real Indian music in the original KRNATIC music tradition. North Indian hidustani music is nothing but a little mix of original karnatic and little persian,mangolian and also mid asian music. Just by observing both streams, you will find this fact. original values, culture, puranas, philosphy, science nd ethos of India is from tolerant peace loving south. Northies adopted it and made ith theirs and to be frank destryoed it with mixing caste system and nepotism.
When rahman received oscars all actors,directors,music directors,producers from tamil film industry,CM,FM,TN politicans and only a few singers and musicians from bollywood congratulated rahman. Tamil film industry has arranged for a grand welcome and function for rahman in chennai. rahman has made music for many stupid bollywood stars, .many bollywood movies became a superhit just becoz of his music..but not a single actor from bollywood congratulated him. When aish got (bought) padmashree everybody poured wishes as if she got a great pride for india. what happned to big b,small b, king khan, queen khans etcc..stupid jealous idiots..they want only bollywood actors to win awards. rahman should stop making music for these jealous bollywood actors..
Even rahman who got 2 oscars is maintaining silence..but these junkies like alka yagnik,sukhwinder sing etcc are giving interviews in all news channels and giving buildup as if its becoz of them the movie got oscars ..
To all those northies who are bashing south whenever any south articles comes in rediff..now u know about how dirty and cheap are ur bollywood stars.

Yeah surprising that the papers did not carry and congratulatory news from Stars to Rahman.
But chill about north-south divide. South Indians are able to showcase their talents and skills only because of entrepreneural skills and risk taking abilities of north Indians and westerners. Both cant live without the other. So chill!
No matter what you saddist say, this man is a genieus & worth every award. The first to speak in Indian language on the podium. This award is the dream of every artiste, no matter if they accept it or not. He is the best India has & will take Indian music to greater heights. We love to ARR , hard works pays we all are proud of u
Some four month ago listen to the great music of SDM, (courtesy :you-tube ) and thankfully media hasn’t identified music at that time. Its good to see Rehman coming back to its originality after commercial tunes like ‘Yuvraj’ and ‘Gajni’. And yes now Rehman has two Oscars…. Rehman is outstanding from 20 years. Have u remembered first jingle of Garden Vareli in 1988? Digitally amazing for Maine pyar Kiya type melodious era. But, It’s always rewarding to work with Whites foreigner. Ask any Patel, if even if they are cleaning toilet they can able to earn 7 dollar per hour (8 lacs p.a.)
So SDM got 2 oscars even they r not masterpiece. But bravo rehman for his outstanding contribution to Indian music.
