Pais is nothing but a C-grade PR officer

Arthur J Pais is nothing but a C-grade PR officer, who calls himself a journalist. People like him can get away with writing trash only with publications such as rediff and India Abroad. If you have made a movie, or are planning to stage a play for Desis in the US, all you have to do is call this guy and offer him some drinks and food. Don't forget to give him magazine clippings of articles that you liked. Presto! You will have a rave review the very next day :) It's not necessary that you will have to get him to watch the movie or play. Just give him a synopsis and it will do. If you do invite him to the premiere in NY, and throw in a few complimentary passes, nothing like it... He will feature the movie as an Oscar contender and a Box office blockbuster right away!

Copy Cat Rediff

I agree...

Most of the articles here are pure copy paste and that too done very carelessly.

You call Windows Vista "Aero" effect as "Arrow", Pi Patel as Pie Patel and also shamelessly copy whole Forbes article about the top 10 companies to work for in the US and call them top 10 companies to work for in the "world"...

I tell you one thing, rediff... It doesnt matter if you call in Advani or Nilekani to do an exclusive for you... Your journalism (and hence journalists) suck(s) big time...
