you guys complain about racism because a certain Angelina Jolie's bodygaurd did not treat Indians well..but isnt tying yourself down to stereotypes and defaming somebody..and calling people of a particular origin 'ghosts' and what not..racism in itself?I really dont understand

this couldnt b a slum movie. this cud b a movie with people piercin small spheres through cheeks and running around naked in tthe name of GOD or hammerin nails into trees with foreheads until blood and brain is splattered everywer, or the likes. anyway never ever expect hollywood to show off india's bright side to the world at any cost

This brings me to a question. Y do Indians make such a big deal about american whites coming to India? I mean what is the big deal about a white actor coming to India? Don't the non-celiberities come all the time? So what if Julia is gonna be there? I mean, what is so special about a westerner coming to the east? Big woop! It's not like there's no "white-skinned" looking people in India. Mostly in the north, but still they're there. Lolo and her family r pale looking. I guess they don't like to look any different(read that as normal)than the rest of the country. White people are not really all that actrive anyways. Some of them are, but the really good looking ones r usually tanned. They look waaaaaay older when they're so pale and gostly looking. Priyanka, Bipasha, Rani, Kajol, Deepika, Hemaji, Shridevi, Lara, Sushmita, etc.. are women that looks absolutely beautiful with their tanned skin. They look normal. Don't put so much fan fare on americans. They look older than they really are, and we really don't have a culture to call our own the way u Indians have. So bring it down a notch when u're talking about Americans. I'm and American and I'm saying, they're not all that. Don't put so much emphasis on the skin color. It ages faster than a tanned/normal looking skin tone.

It's called post-colonial hangover, and Indians will sitll suffer from it for a time to come. Why else do you think a woman like Aishwarya Rai is heralded so much for her beauty, more over other girls who have tanned skin? It's because she looks Caucasian through and through!
My Labrador which is a foreign origin has delivered a baby, this news is like that. Gradually rediff is becoming so boring that it is publicizing waste news
we indians don't have any self respect, dignity etc.., when Angelina Jolie shot in india, her bodyguard manhandled indians. for the white skinned people indians are still lowly creatures. only we look up to them.
whatever julia's boduguards do, we still be very proud about them.

they even showed a racist attitude against Indians in our own soil and the tolerant people we r, we bore it deep inside the heart and started takin on each other in the name of language and state.

It's sad that, though it's one country, it's so devided. All because of color and language. Really sad. At least in America they have diferent races and colors of people with different languages of all walks of life. Rich and poor. Y devide urself between color, language? Rich and poor is usually the biggest devide in a country, but it's a lot more than that in India. Y is that?
